Prompto was both excited and nervous for their not-date. Mostly nervous. His stomach had been doing backflips all day. He had also hit up the grocery store to make the contents of his fridge look a little less sick even though he couldn't really afford it. He couldn't even afford to pay for the heating - he just hoped the house wouldn't get too cold for Nyx because that would be mortifying.

He was plenty warm enough right now given that he had dressed in his chocobo hoodie as promised. He had also spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get his hair to go just right - all he had succeeded in doing was making it look more like a chocobo's butt than normal.

The doorbell sent him into a mini panic. He checked his hair one last time, adjusted his hoodie, and ensured his wrist was covered before taking a deep breath to calm himself. He headed to the door and pulled it open, a wide smile on his face. "Hey! You made it! Come on in!"
